We are writing to let you know how much we like our new roof. It was an adventure, to say the least. It all started on the 5th of July. They came to start to take off the old roof. Then as they started, a big swarm of BEES came out of our roof. The guys came down like firemen coming down the pole. We had to get a bee guy to take care of that problem. He said that there were about 400,000 bees in our roof. First great advantage is no more bees with this roof. After this side track, they got back to work, and because of the bee incident, they worked Saturday and Sunday. The work went along without problems the rest of the way. David and his crew did a great job. They were very polite and efficient with all aspects of what they had to deal with. From the bee problem to three layers of old shingles to remove and that had to be the hottest week of the summer. “Thanks a lot, guys.” We have had the roof on for a good three weeks, and the traffic in from of our house crawls by, in cars and on foot. If I am outside, they always ask if it is slate or tile. They are very surprised when I say it is lightweight aluminum.

We are very glad we went the root of the Interlock Roofing System. We have a white house with hunter-green shutters so we went with the hunter-green roof. It is very beautiful, and I know it will be the last roof I will have to put on this house. We may not have the biggest or best house in our neighborhood, but our roof is the best looking and longest lasting for miles around.

Dear Interlock,

We are writing to inform you how pleased and satisfied we are with our newly installed roof. It was a big decision to make, and we were nervous at the time, but when our representative Mike Yaniv, explained and demonstrated the installation of the roof, he really made us feel more at ease.

Alex, Dimitre and Dennis were the crew that worked on our roof. Not only did they do a very professional job – but they were also very polite, courteous and friendly. The job was completed in three days with very little mess, as Mike had told us at our first meeting. We were very impressed that the roof was done in such a timely fashion.

Only half of the roof was finished, and our neighbors had already called to say they really liked the roof. Needless to say, when it was all finished, we received many compliments from our family and friends. We feel we made the right decision to go ahead with Interlock Roof and are glad we won’t have to worry about replacing it ever again. We would recommend this type of roofing and your company to anyone interested in replacing their roof. The roof looks great, and we are very happy!

Critical: Responsiveness

Our original roof that was installed in 2011 is fine, but, like other reviewers, it has been impossible to get a quote for a roof on an addition we are planning. The contractor has tried multiple times to get a quote and was repeatedly told they would relay to request. When he got nowhere, I called and was told Jennifer, the installation coordinator, was out sick, but they would send her an email. They agreed to cc me on the email, but they never did. I just tried calling and had to leave a voice message. Does your company want more business or not?!

I am sending this letter to let you know how pleased I am with my new Interlock Roof. It has been an absolute joy doing business with a company as professional as yours has been. Your people have been extremely courteous and informative throughout the entire process.

As a retiree from the engineering field, you can only imagine my delight when researching your product I found it used a finishing method similar to that used in the space program. This process is not unknown to me and was the selling factor for using Interlock as my new roofing system. If a material can withstand the rigors of high friction heat and extreme cold, it is definitely a product that can withstand the changing weather conditions we experience here in New England.

The interlocking design of your roofing is also a plus factor. Normal roofing today is not what it was years ago when asbestos was used as the stabilizing element in roof tiles. Today’s tiles are soft and tend to buckle and lift over a period of time (my current roof lasted less than ten years). With the interlock design, I should not see any buckling or lifting of tiles. This is definitely a plus factor and a cost-efficient system when taking into account that I will not have to replace the roof again in my lifetime (considerable savings over a long period of time).

Again, I wish to express my delight in both your product and the installation of my new Interlock Roof.

It is so comforting to know that our roof is now safe from leaks and ugliness. We had a few obvious leaks every time it rained or snowed, and that hasn’t happened since our new roof was completed. We have seen several people “looking” as they walk or drive by, and several neighbors have made comments as to how great it looks.

This was a job that we put off for years – and now we’re so glad that we have done it!

What a great crew you had – they were polite – they did the work, and they cleaned up beautifully (even better than how they found it – to our pleasure). The roof was delivered as promised – on time! The crew worked long hours to get it completed, and although we had bad weather on a few of those days – the work was completed in a week! They never interfered with our own schedule and despite the hammering which comes with any job of this nature – we just knew they were getting the work done as expeditiously as possible – working until the available light made it unsafe to continue for the day.

We have not had one minute of rest since the installation of our Interlock Roof System was finished. Our home is on a busy main road. Friends and people have not stopped complimenting and questioning us about it. The roof is beautiful and eye-popping.

On a more practical level, we felt we needed more than what a regular asphalt roof could offer. The back of our house does not get much sun in the winter. This can and does cause snow and ice accumulation problems when the conditions are right. The results are ice dams and leaking. The rest of the year, it causes moss and lichen to grow. These issues, combined with the fact that it was time for a new roof, led us to the Interlock system.

While it is springtime, we feel confident that our Interlock roof will perform as expected. It is a premium roof that offers much more than good looks.

I had an Interlock roof put on several years ago and I am not sure I agree with the statement “more expensive, sure”. While it does cost more to put on the roof, I think the payback more than covers the extra price.

I am sitting in my attic office, a place that got cold even with heat this time of year, it is warm now. It stays cooler in the summer as well which saves on cooling costs. The sales person told me that it would be the case but I really didn’t believe it. I would buy this roof again in a heartbeat.
