Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value

Completed a new roof on major part of my house in 2012, was undecided if i would remove the add on…. 2019 decided to complete the roof on the add on ….WOW, was able to get the same roof featuring a slate look.
Original from 2012 looks identical to the new one. Both look like they are brand new… Could not be happier with this company.

The roof looks great and enhances the appearance of the house

5/5

To Whom It May Concern:

We met Ted Rector at the Truro Home Show in 2009.  We were in the market for a new roof.  On our other homes, we had installed metal roofs and liked the thought of a final roof.  Only we discovered that over the years the roofs faded or needed repainting.  At our age, we wanted something that would last and be worry-free.  After talking with Ted, we readily made an appointment with him to evaluate our situation.  He willing spent an evening with us is our Debert home discussing the pros and cons of different roof materials.  There was no rush to sign on the “dotted line”.  After careful consideration, the Interlock Roof was a go.

The roof looks great and enhances the appearance of the house.  The workmanship is good and reliable.

We know the house must be looking great because of the number of people stopping and copying the telephone number from the sign out front.  Without hesitation, we have recommended Ted Rector and Maritime Permanent Roofing to inquirers and will continue to do so.

More environmentally friendly than an asphalt roof

5/5

After careful consideration of the different roofing materials and styles available; we were convinced that the aluminum roof system offered by Interlock Metal Roofing (Alberta) Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Interlock”) was the best choice for us.

Four years ago we moved into a 30-year-old home, which has been in the family since it was built.  We knew that the original cedar shakes would need replacing; they had served the homes’ inhabitants well but were nearing the end of their ‘life expectancy’.  We are a young family and so price was an important factor; however, we also plan on remaining in this house for many years to come.  We decided that the investment in a “lifetime roof” was worth it for us, and we also appreciated the fact that it was more environmentally friendly than an asphalt roof.

Our roof was installed over the course of ten days, only delayed a few days by two major snowstorms.  The installation crew, led by James, was wonderful.  They worked long and hard each day, they were considerate, conscientious, and personable; I would recommend James to anyone interested in an Interlock roof.

Likewise, we appreciated your willingness, Joe, to work with us throughout the process.  Your consideration of our queries and concerns was noted and valued.

We are the first homeowners, on our bay of ten homes, to re-roof from the original shakes; the black slate design looks terrific…we will undoubtedly be fielding queries about your product and company!

With thanks,

Long term cost is less than another roof system

5/5

I wish to thank Interlock Industries, Inc. for a great roofing system. I’m 100% satisfied and it has a clean and beautiful look. It’s great! It’s wonderful to know the roof never need replacement again.
I also wish to thank Bob Allen, Jerry and Paul McAllister for being so helpful in completing the work.

I know this roof system was right when we met Bob Allen the first time, he explained everything in detail. Everything he said was correct.

The men who did the work were polite and respectiful, and were clean and neat in the work process. Thank you guys.

I would recommend an Interlock Roof for every home, or any building and the long term cost is less than another roof system.

Thank you Interlock Roofing,

Tired of curling and cracking old duroid roof shingles

5/5

To Whom It May Concern::

After considering many different roof styles and systems, I chose Interlock because I was tired of curling and cracking old duroid roof shingles. My problem was unique, in that, I was surrounded by large fir trees, which shed unlimited needles on my roof, not to mention moss problems. This product answered my concerns. Because of the smooth Teflon surface nothing sticks to it and I’m not concerned about the moss.

The true test of a good roof is the installer. Antonio was our roofer, I found him to be very professional and considerate of our time. He removed the old chimney and reinforced the hold in the roof like a professional contractor and did not compromise in any way.

The look of the roof and the quality of workmanship is what impressed me most.

Now I get all sorts of comments on my roof!

Thanks again, Interlock Roofing and Antonio!!!!!

Happy Customer,

We believed that selecting your company was without a doubt a winner in every respect

5/5

My wife and I wanted you to know that we are very pleased with the new Interlock shingle roof recently installed on our twenty year old home.
The color matches the rest of our home and the shingles look tremendous. While we knew we needed a new roof and we we looked at a number of different options and contractors, we believed that selecting your company was without a doubt a winner in every respect.

We became aware of your product through the website of the Metal Roofing Alliance that led us to your company’s own web page.
Subsequently, we met with Mr. Robert Allen, Regional Marketing Coordinator of New York’s Best Roof, Inc., who fully addressed all of our questions and was readily available throughout the process. Installation was also handled in a very professional manner, and we could not ask for better assistance from either Mr. Allen or the installation crew of New York’s Best Roof, Inc.

We look forward to many happy years under the security of our new aluminum shingle roof, and would gladly recommend your product and the team from New York’s Best Roof, Inc. to anyone. We are also very pleased with the energy savings, maintenance free characteristics and environmentally friendly aspects of our new aluminum roof.

Birthplace of the American Industrial Revolution

Lowell is known as the “Cradle of the American Industrial Revolution.” It was one of the first cities in the United States to industrialize, with its famous textile mills leading the way in the early 19th century. The city was a major center for cotton and textile manufacturing.

The “Lowell Mill Girls” were a significant part of the city’s history. They were young women, often from rural New England, who came to work in the mills. They lived in company boarding houses and were among the first to organize labor protests and strikes in the U.S., advocating for better working conditions and shorter hours.

Lowell is home to the first urban national park in the U.S., the Lowell National Historical Park. The park preserves and interprets the city’s role in the Industrial Revolution, featuring historic mills, canal systems, and a network of museums and educational centers.

Lowell earned the nickname “The Spindle City” due to its dominance in textile manufacturing. At its peak, the city had dozens of mills, and thousands of spindles were in operation, producing massive amounts of cloth daily.

Lowell has a rich history of immigration. It was a melting pot for many immigrant groups, including Irish, French Canadians, Greeks, Portuguese, and more recently, Cambodian immigrants. Today, Lowell has one of the largest Cambodian communities in the United States.

Lowell is the birthplace of Jack Kerouac, the famous Beat Generation writer known for his novel “On the Road.” Kerouac often referenced his hometown in his writings, and there is a park, the Jack Kerouac Commemorative, dedicated to his memory in downtown Lowell.

The city’s intricate canal system was engineered to provide waterpower for its mills. The canals are still in place today and are a central feature of the Lowell National Historical Park. Visitors can take boat tours to learn about the canal system’s history and function.

Lowell is home to the Merrimack Repertory Theatre (MRT), a professional theater company that is well-known in New England for producing contemporary plays and supporting new works.

The Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell is a multipurpose arena that hosts concerts, sporting events, and other entertainment. It’s named after U.S. Senator Paul Tsongas, a Lowell native who was a significant political figure in the state and the country.

Lowell has a wealth of well-preserved historic architecture, ranging from mill buildings to Victorian homes. The city’s downtown area, particularly the Lowell Historic District, offers a glimpse into 19th-century American life and architecture.

Best looking roof in the neighborhood

Dear Interlock Management,

As promised I am writing you a follow up letter sharing our experience regarding the purchase and installation of our new Interlock Roof.

Long before we received your introductory mailing my wife and I had already had our minds set on eventually installing an Interlock Roof. Our reasoning was simple. We only wanted to install one more roof in our lifetime, and we were very interested in the looks, durability and warranty of your product.

As an experienced service and installation manager myself, I am very familiar with the fact that many jobs have their surprises, and sometimes despite planning things go wrong. What really matters is how those instances are dealt with. As in our case, the first day the crew did not arrive until several hours later than expected due to issues back at the warehouse. The Customer Service Manager I believe, Miranda was very apologetic and did try to explain as well as got back to me with status on their expected arrival.

The late arrival was quickly put behind us as upon arrival your crew without walking around or discussion divided and began what was a dynamic, organized and efficient process of setting up and beginning installation like nothing we or our neighbors have ever seen. In just a few hours they had stripped two layers of roofing off the house and garage, did some repair work, papered the roof and had half the garage and the front half of the main roof complete.

On day two they completed the install and did an incredible job of cleaning up. This included every member of the crew walking my property to insure not one nail was left to step on, or cause tire damage. Our second surprise or problem was detected after their departure which was related to the fact that the back half of our roof had to be done in neoprene and the drip edge was not only different but was white instead of black causing our roof to look incomplete. I believe we both learned something that day. Your company for the future will be able to point this out up front and offer to paint the the edging in advance of the installation. In our case you had a man here the next day and he painted the drip edge to match the front half of the house and shingles. We also had two separate follow up visits from your quality control people to inspect the job for proper install and completion.

In summary we are very pleased with our roof and the diligence of your hard working, professional crew.
We without a doubt have the best looking roof in the neighborhood, bar none.

Sincerely,
Dave Marr

According to our tax expert, metal roofs are tax-deductible!

To: Interlock / New York’s Best Roof

My husband and I wanted to write to you to let you know how pleased we are with our entire experience working with Interlock. We now have a beautiful new roof and the process was totally professional and first rate.

We first learned about Interlock from information received in the mail. However Mr. Robert Allen, our sales coordinator, gave a very thorough, knowledgeable presentation of the roofing product, answering our questions, showing samples and leaving us with written materials we could look over at our leisure. Mr. Allen was always a phone call away to answer our questions, returning our calls if not the same day certainly with a 24-hour period.

Once we decided to purchase an Interlock roof, the time frame spelled out in the contract was adhered to. Financing was available and Mr. Patrick Doyle worked very diligently to get us the best rate of interest available to us. Whatever concerns we had were addressed and the paperwork was simple and straightforward.

The installment crew was professional, courteous and hardworking. Our roof was done in 2 1/2 days and clean-up was always done at the end of each day. The crew always spoke with my husband in a polite, unobtrusive manner and did whatever it took to make the installation as easy as possible.

Now not only do we have a great looking roof with a 50-year warranty, we also bought a great product. The roofing itself creates minimal waste and is recyclable. It reflects the sun in the summer so our air conditioning works more efficiently. In the winter we no longer have to snow rake the roof, the snow melts off automatically. Our house now seems quieter, even our 14 year old son remarked he didn’t know it was raining until the rain hit the windows. Our new roof gives our house a more finished look and according to our tax expert, metal roofs are tax-deductible!

My husband and I can not only say enough positive things about interlock. We would highly recommend their product and company to anyone considering a new roof. Drive by and see the finished product!

To whom it may concern:

We were very pleased with the professionalism of Rod and Richard Clark, our roofing crew.

Rod could foresee possible problems, articulate and resolve them much to our delight; i.e. the possible need for snow guards regarding climate change. They made an extra effort with the detail work. Rod is very knowledgeable, hard working and polite.

We highly recommend them.

I never really thought I could be thrilled about a roof

Waterford, Wisconsin

I never really thought I could be thrilled about a roof but I have to tell you; our new Interlock roof is beautiful! It adds a true elegance to our home. We know it adds value as well, and the fact that we will never need to re-roof again is a definite advantage.

Everyone within our organization, from the initial phone contact to the installation crew, was courteous and pleasant to work with.

The install went smoothly and the crew kept the site clean from beginning to end.

Everybody we have shown our Interlock roof to has seemed quite impressed also. We would (and in fact have already done so) recommended Interlock Roofing to others.

Home is where one starts from

5/5

Dear Sirs,

To quote from T. S. Eliot, “Home is where one starts from.” And our home needed a kick to start it again!

We built our home 12 years ago, but our roof was already showing real signs that we needed to replace it, as the shingles where curling, slipping out of place and although not causing leaks at the time it surely would have. The way our home is situated on our lot, it gets total New England weather. There is also “a lot” of roof in the front, so we needed it to look incredible as well.

We had looked into Interlock a year prior, but with children and careers, sometimes if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! But a year later we knew that our roof was the first project on our list to get attention. We got in touch with Interlock, and that is the best decision we have made!

Our initial visit with Dan was pleasant, not pressure packed to purchase on the spot, as we had done our research. The cost to re-roof with asphalt shingles at this time, plus the possibility of having to do another 12-15 years versus the price presented to us go with Interlock AND NEVER ROOF AGAIN was well within our budget! We decided that meeting to go with Interlock.

We received updates on our order process at each step, from the order being received to when the order was being shipped. The kept us informed and provided excellent customer service.

Our roofing system went on ahead of schedule and the installers were excellent! Nick and Serge were pleasant, extremely hard workers and cleaned up the site each night! They were a pleasure to have around!

Our home is beautiful, again! We have a company to back up our roofing system and feel that going with Interlock was the best decision we have made!

Thank you so much for having such quality employees, for your communication and for brining peace of mind to us!

Sincerely,
Connie and Bruce Harris

Dear Interlock,

I am writing to express my comments regarding the installation at the above address. First, we would like to thank Mike Baldassari for the professionalism he demonstrated during the initial meeting and follow-ups. His knowledge of the product and understanding of our concerns were related in a manner, that novices would understand.

Next, the installers headed by Nikolay were knowledgeable and kept us apprised of the progress during the installation.

Thirdly, I would like to thank Susan and Miranda for all their customer service support.

Finally, the roof is absolutely beautiful. It looks great and gives our home a new, distinguished look. People stop and stare, to admire its’ appearance. Its’ appearance provides a stately, stunning look.
